If these Terms conflict with a signed customer agreement concerning a particular transaction, the signed customer agreement will control with respect to that transaction.

Reduce water or household expenses by a particular amount; or
Achieve a particular laboratory measurement indefinitely.

System performance may depend on correct equipment selection, installation, operating conditions, water chemistry, flow rate, maintenance, filter replacement, salt or media levels, customer usage, and other factors.

Specific performance promises are enforceable only when included in a signed written customer agreement or applicable written warranty.

6. Water Testing and Health Disclaimer

Water-test results are provided for informational and equipment-selection purposes unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

Basic field tests may not detect every substance or condition present in water. They are not a substitute for comprehensive testing by a properly qualified or accredited laboratory when laboratory testing is necessary.

Our website, representatives, installers, and water tests do not provide medical advice. Statements concerning water quality, taste, odor, minerals, hardness, contaminants, or filtration should not be interpreted as diagnosis, treatment, or health advice.

Contact an appropriate medical professional regarding health concerns. Contact the relevant public water provider, regulatory agency, or qualified laboratory regarding suspected contamination or drinking-water safety.

7. Product Information

Returned, rejected, or reversed payments may result in reasonable charges where permitted by law; and
Past-due balances may be subject to collection activity permitted by law and the applicable customer agreement.

We may use third-party payment processors. Your use of a third-party payment or financing service may be governed by that provider's separate terms and privacy policy.

Do not send complete payment-card numbers or card security codes through ordinary email, text messages, social-media messages, or unsecured website communications.

9. Financing

Financing may be offered through independent third-party providers.

We do not guarantee:

Approval;
A particular interest rate;
A particular monthly payment;
A particular repayment term;
Promotional financing;
The accuracy of preliminary financing examples; or
Continued availability of a financing program.

Financing approval and terms are determined by the applicable financing provider. Review the financing agreement and required disclosures before accepting financing.

11. Installation Conditions

Before installation, the customer is responsible for:

Providing truthful information about the property and plumbing;
Confirming that the customer owns the property or has the owner's authorization;
Providing reasonable access to the property, equipment area, plumbing, water supply, electrical connections, and drains;
Removing or securing pets, valuables, and hazardous items;
Identifying known hazards, leaks, damage, private utility lines, and restricted areas;
Disclosing known plumbing, electrical, structural, drainage, mold, asbestos, or environmental concerns; and
Following reasonable pre-installation instructions.

Installation may be delayed, changed, or suspended when conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, materially different from what was represented, noncompliant with applicable requirements, or outside the agreed scope.

Any additional work must be authorized as provided in the customer agreement.

12. Permits, Codes, and Licensed Work

Work will be performed subject to applicable licensing, permit, inspection, plumbing, building, and safety requirements.

Permit requirements vary by jurisdiction. The applicable customer agreement should identify which party is responsible for obtaining and paying for permits.

Nothing on our website authorizes unlicensed work or overrides any applicable code, permit, inspection, or licensing requirement.

13. Warranties

Products and services may be covered by:

A manufacturer's warranty;
A dealer or distributor warranty;
A Company workmanship warranty;
A separately purchased service contract; or
No written warranty beyond rights provided by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms disclaims or limits warranties or remedies that cannot legally be disclaimed or limited.

14. Maintenance Responsibilities

Water-treatment equipment requires periodic maintenance.

Depending on the system, maintenance may include:

Replacing filters and membranes;
Adding salt or other approved materials;
Cleaning equipment;
Monitoring leaks and water pressure;
Sanitizing components;
Replacing treatment media;

Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and jurisdictional requirements, legal proceedings concerning these Terms or use of the website must be brought in a state or federal court with proper jurisdiction located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

You and the Company consent to the jurisdiction of those courts to the extent legally permitted.

29. Changes to These Terms
